I've joined but not received my PIN
Members don't receive PIN codes and we no longer use pins for guest passes. As a member you'll be emailed a digital pass to download into your phone wallet. These may take up to 15 minutes to arrive. Be sure to check your junk / spam folders. You'll be able to access the gym as soon as you download your pass by holding your phone with the pass open against the contactless scanners at the doors and gates.
I've lost my FOB / digital pass or require a replacement
We no longer issue physical FOBs. These have been replaced with digital passes which you download into your phone wallet. These can be issued at a £1.50 cost (formerly £3 for FOBs). You can purchase and have your pass issued either by speaking with a member of reception in person or by calling 01702 543333 during reception hours which are 8am - 11am and 4pm - 8pm weekdays, 9am - 12pm Saturdays. These hours may differ during bank holidays, please see the footer of the website for more information. ​
I've forgotten my FOB / digital pass, how do i get in the gym?
If arriving during reception hours a member of the team can provide you access. If arriving outside of reception hours you can contact our remote reception using the intercom. Our remote reception hours are; 4am - 11pm Monday - Thursday, 4am - 10pm Friday, 6am - 10pm weekends. If arriving outside of these hours then you won't be able to access the gym.
I'd like to change my direct debit date / details
To amend your DD date or details please contact Ashbourne using our membership support options
How do i cancel my membership?
To cancel please refer to our cancellations page
i'd like to switch my membership to another location / multi
To switch your membership to another location or multi membership please email [email protected] and include whether you'd like this amended to a monthly rolling or 12 month contract

Are you running any offers?
Any offers will be found on the membership options page of this website or promoted via our social media. If there isn't any listed then there aren't any offers running at this time
What is the minimum age?
Our minimum age is 16, this is due to insurance
Do you run any classes?
No, we don't run any classes at either gym. 
i believe i have left / lost some belongings at the gym, would you have a lost property?
We do have a lost property. Do you have any jobs at the moment?
Any available positions will be advertised on our careers page. If not listed then we don't currently have any openings.
Do I need to buy a day pass in advance or can I turn up and pay?
You can do either. You can turn up and pay as a walk in during reception hours which are 8am - 11am and 4pm - 8pm weekdays, 9am - 12pm Saturdays. These hours may differ during bank holidays, please see the footer of the website for more information. Should you wish to attend at any other time you can purchase a pass online and we'll email you a digital pass for your phone wallet which you tap on the contactless pad on arrival. how does the membership referral discount work?
You must log into the App and use the 'refer now' button at the top of the news feed and follow the on screen instructions. The person will be sent 2 links. The first will be the sign up link. When joining they can use the promo code: referral which will apply their no joining fee discount. They must also then complete the second link which notifies the gym that they have been referred and by who. We will then automatically apply the 25% discount to your next available direct debit. The referral scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer we may run from time to time. The full details of the scheme and how it works can be found in the member benefits section of the App newsfeed.  
how does the monthly free guest pass work?
The monthly free guest pass can only be used during our staffed hours; 8am - 11am and 4pm - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 12pm Saturdays. These hours may differ during bank holidays and Christmas, please see website for more info. Your guest must attend with you, on arrival a member of staff will provide access at which point you show the staff the code in the App. You get 1 free guest pass per month, the passes refresh on the first of each month. Any unused passes cannot be rolled over. Full details of how the free pass works can be found in the member benefits section of the App newsfeed.
