If you're a group training, yoga, pilates, boxing, martial arts, dance instructor looking for a new space or locations to expand to we're pleased to be able to offer our 60sqm studio and 25sqm boxing room available for hire. Hire options are not limited to just these types of activities, we're open to any ideas you'd like to use the space for. 

Rentals would be on by the hour basis payable monthly with discounts available based on volume and frequency of use, and length of term. Any rental would include promotion on our socials and in gym marketing providing exposure to our rapidly growing membership base.

Located at our Hockley gym on the Eldon Way estate in central Hockley, the rooms in addition to being spacious offer plenty of natural light with windows down both sides which also open for fresh air and ventilation, speakers for music and various pieces of equipment.
