Kate graduated the University of Kent with a degree in Psychology with an emphasis on sport and human behaviour before completing her post graduate NLP Practitioner for Sport, Hypnotherapy for Sport and Time Line Therapy. With her experience Kate offers an all round approach; understanding what works for the individual in terms of training, lifestyle and recovery. Appreciating that we all have conflicting commitments Kate offers solutions from gym based to online training. Kate is also an advanced nutrition advisor and pre / post natal specialist with a keen interest in strength and conditioning. Having 'walked the walk' at each end of the scale Kate loves to see her clients hit new heights, improve their confidence and maximise their results.
