Amy has many years experience both training and working in gyms. Amy has worked with numerous athletes while also competing in the bikini division of bodybuilding.

Amy's vast experience across all levels equips her with a wide range of knowledge in both training and nutrition.

Ever imagined a leaner, fitter & stronger version of yourself?

If so, Harry is your guy. Having delivered thousands of hours of 1-to-1 PT across the past 7 years, Harry has worked with a diverse range of clientele. From helping guys get abs so they feel confident on holiday, to helping business owners improve their health, energy & focus in order to help their profits, to helping mums, dads & grandparents become more physically capable for playtime with their kids & grandkids, to helping professional footballers be the stand out player in their pre-season, the outcome of becoming leaner, fitter & stronger have always been very positive for Harry’s clients.

He’s been on his own transformation journey, having dropped over 15kg since his self-proclaimed ‘skinny fat office worker’ days to become a leaner, fitter & stronger version of himself. He says his own journey is invaluable when it comes to relating to, understanding & finding solutions for his clients’ obstacles & questions.

He’s also a bit of a nerd, having achieved a 1st Class in his BSc Strength & Conditioning uni degree. This, combined with his continued studying & application of nutrition, lifestyle management, human behaviour and psychology, allows him to help his clients holistically and far beyond just a PT session.

He believes the combination of his hands-on coaching experience, personal transformation journey and academic background creates the perfect blend for helping his clients progress.

Outside of health & fitness, he has some unique fun facts & hobbies- he has a GCSE in Mandarin Chinese, practises keyboard, used to work in IT recruitment and has had a poem published in a book.

Jamie first got in to the gym following a long and difficult ACL injury. It was during his recovery Jamie's passion transitioned from football to gym work. Having to work on his on recovery and seeing how his own conditioning improved helped Jamie discover an appetite to do the same for others. Jamie really likes to help others reach their goals and see that nothing is out of reach as long as you are prepared to work hard and are passionate about making real change. Jamie is on hand to help you.

As an ex couch potato, Jess knows how it feels to see people that are going to the gym and smashing their goals and wishing it could be you but feeling like it is out of reach. In 2020 Jess started her fitness journey from scratch to now, as a Personal Trainer, having the the skills and knowledge on how to overcome lack of discipline, motivation and confidence.

The reality is, fitness is for everybody; regardless  of size, gender, background or experience. Jess is passionate about empowering everybody to start their fitness journey. Especially those who feel like they don’t belong in the gym!

With individually tailored sessions, we will build your confidence and soon you will reap the physical and mental benefits of exercise and never look back.

Playing basketball for the Southend Scorpions for 20+ years, the gym has always been essential to physical performance and long term health for Joel.

Fitness has been a part of Marton from the age of 16 when he first found bodybuilding and his passion for lifting weights grew in to a career of helping others achieve results. With 7 years experience specialising in strength and conditioning, injury rehabilitation and prevention and corrective exercising Marton believes it's important to physically challenge clients while appreciating that we all face barriers in our daily life's. Whether your goal is to find a more healthy lifestyle, fix / correct an injury / muscle imbalance or get ready for a big life event or competition Marton can help you realise the goals you've always dreamed of. Your goals are Marton's passion.
