jamie tamplinjT fitness (hockley gym)Jamie first got in to the gym following a long and difficult ACL injury. It was during his recovery Jamie's passion transitioned from football to gym work. Having to work on his on recovery and seeing how his own conditioning improved helped Jamie discover an appetite to do the same for others. Jamie really likes to help others reach their goals and see that nothing is out of reach as long as you are prepared to work hard and are passionate about making real change. Jamie is on hand to help you.

In 2020 Jess started her fitness journey from scratch to now, as a Personal Trainer, having the the skills and knowledge on how to overcome lack of discipline, motivation and confidence.
The reality is, fitness is for everybody; regardless of size, gender, background or experience. Jess is passionate about empowering everybody to start their fitness journey. Especially those who feel like they don’t belong in the gym! With 7 years experience specialising in strength and conditioning, injury rehabilitation and prevention and corrective exercising Marton believes it's important to physically challenge clients while appreciating that we all face barriers in our daily life's. Whether your goal is to find a more healthy lifestyle, fix / correct an injury / muscle imbalance or get ready for a big life event or competition Marton can help you realise the goals you've always dreamed of.
